My Quooker tap does not work. What should I do?
Check whether the tank is turned on (light on top of the tank). If the lights are off, please press the Q-shaped button on top of the tank to switch the Quooker back on. If the lights still do not come on, please unplug the Quooker and check the socket by plugging in another appliance. If the socket is working, please change the fuse in the plug, then plug it back in again and try pressing the Q-shaped button on top of the tank again.
Check that the thin black LED cable, which runs from the tap to the top of the back of the tank, is correctly and securely plugged into the tank.
