Delivery and installation

We'll get to work on your order and make sure that you receive your Quooker products as soon as possible!

Shipping costs

Orders with a total amount over £50 will be shipped free.

If you order for less than £50, you'll pay £5 in shipping costs.

Delivery method

DPD will email your tracking details prior to delivery with a track & trace code so you can track your package. You can choose the following shipping methods:

  • Delivery at home or to another address
  • Pick up at a DPD parcel point

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days to your chosen delivery address or a DPD parcel point

If your package has been sent to a DPD parcel point it will be kept for up to 5 working days. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be returned to us.

Order not complete?

Your order could be delivered in two parts. If this is the case, you will receive a track and trace code twice. It is likely that the second part of your order will be delivered 1-2 days later.

Did you receive only one track & trace code or has your package still not arrived after 7 days? Please contact us via orders@quooker.co.uk. We will immediately check the status of your order.

Your package will be kept at a DPD parcel point for up to 5 working days. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be returned to us.

Installation

When you order a Quooker-system via the webshop, you can choose for installation by a Quooker approved engineer or for self-installation.

Once your order is confirmed Quooker installations will contact you within 48-72 hours to schedule an appointment and we will ship your system a few days in advance to your address.
