Which maintenance set is suitable for my Quooker-system?

In hard water areas, we recommend to service your Quooker regularly. You can order the required maintenance sets on this website. For systems produced prior to 2016, we recommend changing the internals.
For these systems, you can order the internals on this website by providing the tank serial number below. The serial number is located on the side of the Quooker tank.

If you have previously changed the internals or your system was produced after 2016, we recommend changing the Hitac filter instead. The Hitac filter can be ordered here.

If your system was produced after 2016 and you still wish to order the internals, please contact our customer service team via our service request form.
