Return process Quooker systems

If you wish to return a Quooker system, please complete the following steps and return your product within 14 days of receipt.

Step 1: generate return label

You can easily generate a return label via this link. Don't forget to clearly mention your order or reference number.

If you live in Northern Ireland, on the Channel Islands or the Ilse of Man, please send an email to orders@quooker.co.uk to arrange your return.

Step 2: confirmation by email

Once you have requested a label you will receive a confirmation email from DPD with the option to print the return label or use a QR code to drop the parcel off at a DPD Parcel point near you.

Step 3: drop off

To ensure a successful return process, the product must be unused and undamaged and if possible, packed in the original packaging.

Return your package via a DPD Parcel Point in your area. Always ask for a proof of shipment and keep it safe.

Step 4: confirmation

Once we have received the return, we will process the return and where applicable will issue a credit note and refund for unused returns. Any refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
