Return process Swap

Have you ordered a SWAP tank? It is essential to return the old tank to us within 30 days. SWAP tanks are supplied at a reduced price on the basis that the old tank is returned to us. If the old tank is not returned to us within 30 days, an additional invoice will be raised for the full tank price less the amount already paid for the SWAP tank.

Below we explain step by step how to return your old tank free of charge.

Step 1: prepare return

Place your old tank into the SWAP tank shipping box, making sure you have capped off the tank hose with the supplied cap. The return label can be generated via our returns portal. To generate the label, enter the email address where you received the invoice for the Swap tank and the order reference shown under “Buyers reference” on the invoice. Print off and attach the return label to the box.  

If our engineers install the SWAP tank for you, they'll handle the return process, making it hassle-free for you. Remember, there are no costs involved in returning the old tank. 

Step 2: sending the parcel

Drop off the parcel at a DPD parcel point, ensuring it's returned to us at no additional cost. Don't forget to ask for a shipping receipt as proof of return.

Step 3: return confirmation
