The CO₂ cylinders remain the property of Quooker. With a view to sustainability and cost savings for the customer, empty cylinders will be refilled. The used empty CO₂ cylinders must be returned in sets of four only. Return shipments of just 1 empty cylinder will not be accepted or processed by Quooker. You can create your personal return label via your Quooker webshop account by using the link at ‘Request returnlabel’.

When should I order a new set of CO2-cylinders?

One CO₂ cylinder is supplied as standard with the installation of your Quooker CUBE. We recommend that you order a complete new set of 4 CO₂ cylinders directly, via our webshop, so that you always have sufficient stock. This way you will always have 5 CO2 cylinders As soon as you start using the last full CO₂ cylinder, you can order a new set of 4 CO₂ cylinders via our webshop. You can then immediately register your return of a complete set of 4 empty cylinders and return them free of charge. You can create your personal return label easily via the option ‘Request returnlabel’ in your account or directly. Please make sure that you enter your order reference number in the 'Returns' field, otherwise we are not able to process your return.

Consumption and costs

Consumption differs per person. One set of 4 cylinders may even last a year. As soon as you have placed your second online order, we will know that we can expect a return shipment of a complete set of 4 empty cylinders in the near future.

If empty cylinders are not returned, or not in a complete set of four, or in damaged or unusable form, £ 40.00 will be charged to recover the cost of the empty cylinders.

Step 1: register a return delivery

During the ordering process you can indicate whether you have a complete set of 4 empty cylinders to return back to us. This will probably not apply until your second order.

At the end of the order process you can easily download a personalized return label via account overview > my orders > request returnlabel.

Open the link and fill in all the requested information including your order reference number in the mandatory 'Returns' field. You can use the return label associated with your order only once.

Step 2: send your package

You can use the shipping box to return the set of 4 empty cylinders to us, free of charge.

Print out your personal return label and stick it securely and clearly visible onto the supplied box with the 4 empty cylinders.

Return shipments that do not have a valid return number cannot be processed in our system.

Return your package via a DPD Parcel Point in your area, so that DPD can return the package to us free of charge. Always ask for a proof of shipment and keep it safe.

Step 3: Confirmation of return delivery

As soon as we have received the set of 4 empty cylinders and your return has been processed correctly, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your return delivery.

Automatic reminders by e-mail

As soon as you place an order for a set of CO₂ cylinders via our webshop, a return shipment will be automatically created in our system. For your second order, we expect the return of a set of empty cylinders from the previous order within 30 days. Our system checks the number of open returns against the number of orders that contain a set of CO₂ cylinders. If the difference is more than 2, you will automatically receive a reminder by e-mail. For this reason, we advise everyone not to order an extra set unnecessarily in advance. If you have a valid reason for having several sets of cylinders in your possession, you can respond to the reminder that you received by email.

Have you ordered a service item or accessory and are you not satisfied with your purchase? Or have you received the wrong item? Follow the steps below to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Please note, this form is not intended to register a return of a complete set of 4 empty cylinders. You can find the instructions for returning empty cylinders at the top of this page.

Fill in the requested information, indicate which products you are returning, the reason for the return and whether you want to have the purchase amount refunded or receive a replacement product. We will then contact you within 1-3 business days to arrange the exchange/return.

Right to cancel

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the time of receiving your order. During the cooling-off period, the customer will handle the CO₂ cylinders and the packaging with care. The customer will only open and/or unpack the box of CO₂ cylinders to the extent needed to establish the nature and the properties of the CO₂ cylinders. This means that the CO₂ cylinders may not be connected to the Quooker CUBE and the (plastic) seal may not be broken.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must send us an unambiguous declaration (for example in writing, by post or e-mail) informing us of your cancellation of the order. To do this you can use a standard cancellation form.

If you exercise your right to cancel, Quooker refunds the purchase sum for the CO₂ cylinders within fourteen days of the returned CO₂ cylinders being received. The customer pays the costs of returning the box of CO₂ cylinders in the event of cancellation.
