Ordering and paying

The ordering of CUBE supplies and other service products for showroom use is easily done via our service shop. In this way we can process the orders quickly and efficiently.

Order easily through your own account and place an order on invoice. Any price agreements are then immediately visible once you are logged into your account.

Step 1 - Choose the desired product

In our service shop you can quickly and easily order CO₂ cylinders, filters and accessories for use in your showroom.

Step 2 - Add to cart and log in

Have you found the right product? Then add the item to your shopping basket and check your order. Click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the next step.

Then log in with your email address and password. Not created an account yet? Click here to create an account and send an email to orders@quooker.co.uk, so we can add your account to the correct customer group. Any price agreements you have made will become visible as soon as you are logged into your account.

Step 3 - Billing and shipping address

Choose the desired invoice and shipping address where you want your order to be delivered. Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Do you want to use a reference number or a financial e-mail address? Please use the appropriate fields displayed in this step.

Step 4 - Payment

Complete your order by paying with credit card or on account. Is one of these options not visible? Please contact us at orders@quooker.co.uk

After a successful payment you will receive the order confirmation by email within a few moments.

Step 5 - Delivery

We will start working on your order! As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a message with the track & trace code.

All orders will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days to a DPD parcel point or the address given.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track and trace code so you can track your package.

Your package will be kept at a DPD parcel point for up to 5 working days. If you do not pick up your order within this period, the package will automatically be returned to us.

Delivery method

Your order will be delivered by DPD. You can choose the following shipping methods:

  • Address delivery
  • Pickup at a DPD parcel point

Shipping costs

Orders with a total amount over £50will be shipped for free.

Is your order under £50? Then you pay £5 for shipping costs.

Order not complete?

It may happen that your order is delivered in two parts. If this is the case, you will receive a track and trace code twice. Often the second part of your order will be delivered no longer than 5-7 days later.

Did you receive only one track & trace code or has your package still not arrived after two days? Please contact us via orders@quooker.co.uk. We will immediately check if something went wrong.

Returns

Do you have 4 empty CO₂ cylinders or do you want to return another product from your order? This is easy and free of charge.

The CO₂ cylinders are the property of Quooker. For reasons of sustainability and cost savings, empty cylinders are reused. The empty CO₂ cylinders must be returned in sets of four. Returns of 1 empty cylinder will not be accepted or processed by Quooker. You can download your personal return label via your account.

Step 1: Placing the return sticker

With every order for a set of CO₂ cylinders, a return sticker is automatically generated in your account. You can download the return label in the order overview via your account. A return label can therefore only be used once per set of 4 empty cylinders.

Step 2: Sending the parcel

You can use the shipping box provided to return the set of 4 empty cylinders to us free of charge. Place your personal return sticker prominently on the package with the set of 4 empty cylinders.

Return shipments without a return number and/or details cannot be processed in our system. Deliver the package to a DPD parcel point so that they can return the package to us free of charge.

Step 3: Confirmation of return

As soon as we have received the set of 4 empty cylinders and your return has been processed correctly, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your return.
